Anyone still using this rod ?
I fished this rod most of the time last season, it served me really well and I enjoy using it, I've had trout to 15" and grayling to about 14" on it and it performed really well. I took over 20 trout a couple of times with this rod and I'll be happy to continue using it. For what it is it's great in my opinion, I'll still be using it the odd occasion next season, will you ?

Yup, would definitely recommend it too thetroutfly, and would continue to use it, no problem, if... I could get a spare tip set after breaking the 2nd top sectiopn a couple of months ago... Seller would only provide a complete new rod. I'm going to try super glue because, like you, I really enjoyed using this rod, and had good success with it. A perfect length for a lot of the water I fish. Hopefully, the drastic super glue tactic will work, albeit shortening the rod length by around 4"... It snapped about 3" down the 2nd section, so hopefully will be able to do a make shift repair. Will post the result, when ever the rivers drop back down to a reasonable level Tight lines Gary
