Two Tenkara Times 360s are on the way to Toronto for my friend and I. The flies are tied (most are regular kebari). Here is one that is not so normal. I included the glass bead to help the fly get down, and to represent a gass bubble. I'll let you know in 60 days when the season opens if it works. Cheers, Greg

Hello Greg, Good fly. I have one or two tied this way. Hope you can soon cast a line with your new rod. I know you are going to enjoy it. Have a great season.

Hi Greg, nice fly !.
I've used glass beads on flymphs in various colours and they lend just that little bit of weight.
Good luck with the new rod - I waggled Sonia's the other day and was surprised how light it was.

It looks very sparse and simple to tie like a north county spider the perfect tenkara fly. By the way welcome to the forum. Paul

Thanks for posting Greg. I like the addition of the glass bead. Check out: My Best Streams You may be familiar with Mr Fujioka's wonderful website already. It's a site I return to again and again as a super source of research and inspiration on traditional kebari patterns with intriquing descriptions of the rods, lines and rigs the fishermen used in each region. Tight lines and happy tenkara. Phil
