Just joined and from Wirral. Not much here in the way of rivers so looking to go North Wales way although I'm a novice. So if any of you huys are looking for an apprentice let me know!

Hi Chas, welcome on board there is a North Wales contingent on here and that is a short hop to some great upland streams from Wirral.

Hi Chas I'm from Wirral also (Bromborough), I don't do Tenkara yet but can give you a day on the Dee if the level ever drops.

There are 2 of us in Wrexham and 2 in Saltney so plenty of help if you need it.

Hi again Chas, I would strongly recommend that you go into the General Section and read the ' seven articles'. These will give a superb grounding in Tenkara generally, the technical stuff is not difficult to pick up.
re my original posting: the people mentioned have a lot of expertise on the Dee and Alyn, 2 of your closest suitable waters.
