Third outing with my T rod and I caught a WBT on dry fly. Fished a lovely streatch of the Herefordshire Arrow just purfect for my rod with not too many trees. caught one rose another and that was just about it. The weather was not too good cold but no rain! Richard

I must admit i had 4 trips out with my Tenkara rod before my first fish ... then 5 in 2 days .... it's such a stress free way to fish ...

I hope so weather and time permitting.
I agree it is a very delicate way to fish and particularly suited to fishing flat parts of a pool.

I've had all my success fishing the 'bubbles' ( the food conveyors) after small rapids and weir plunge pools. Never had a great deal of luck in the pools ... but i'll keep on trying.
