Port Soderick is one of the smallest Glens on the Island through which flows the Crogga River. In the glen it is a little over a meter wide with a few deep pools and glides. We're really talking stealth fishing here with lots of casting from a kneeling position and bow and arrow style. With some work outside the Glen where the river runs through a cow field it could be something very special but it is very choked with fallen branches and debris. It's a pity really because there are some good sized fish living in these waters.

IOM Tourist board should be paying me! However, I post these for the love of fishing waters that very few people would bother with. You'll find other reports on the Isle of Man and it's water, but this season I'm going to try the waters rarely fished no matter how small or the difficulty reaching them.
