Guided a friend on the dearne but took my sato along with my 6' #3 that never came out my rucksack. Modified my chestpack/rucksack to accept my sato tube I don't make a habit of taking photos of oos grayling but for the dearne it's a decent fish A good few more trout were had along with more oos grayling. Lost a couple of really good trout when my tippet departed company with my tippet ring realised afterwards it had square edges. A mixture of copper beaded olive kabari's, retirer sedge and reverse tied cdc sedge doing the business

If anyone wants to go for a splash through it sometime I don't mind showing you around. It's rarely fished and even though theres lots of water that just screams fish that's devoid of anything there's good concentrations of fish in areas. Lots of slow deep pools though which are hard to effectively work with a kabari

I think I've been on that stretch with you Martin, remember the day well and was thoroughly out fished by you. But it was my first time.
