This method I use for over 10 years now. So i've made a small movie for it how it's done to show others how easy it is.
It is quick and the knot is very secure. All the fish i've lost the last 10 years with this knot style I can count on one hand.
I use 10/00 and 12/00 FC all the time with so make the strangle a little wet before pulling it tight is a good idea.
