Hello All.The rivers i fish are very very low at the moment.I was out yesterday & caught lot's of spooky trout in these very low river levels. My setup was 5x fluorocarbon main line & a short 6x tippet.I had a small adjustable braid keiryu marker inline.I can slide the marker up & down the line.I didn't float the marker but held it above the surface.I fished a killer kebari only lightly weighted by a pink wire under-body.My Sato casts 5x level line with a lightly weighted fly very well.Keeping a tight line & drift control was very impressive with such a light line setup. Is anyone else tried using very light lines on the forum.Cheers

Yes, I've been doing something similar with my Diawa Kiyose 4.2m. 5ft 4 pound main line, 2ft tippet 3lb and a lightly weighted killer bug. The control is amazing and it's worked well in the low water.
